With 42 rounds still remaining, the race is far from decided. The team finishing 1st earns automatic promotion to League II, while 2nd through 9th enter the promotion playoffs for the second promotion place. Meanwhile, 10th qualifies for the Friendly Cup, and 11th and 12th earn places in the King's Cup.
