League III 2025 Group B Round 31 Recap

League III – Group B Round 31 Recap

With just seven rounds left in the 38-game season, the race for promotion and playoff qualification is heating up!

🥇 Top of the Table

FC Helsingør (DNK) remain firmly in first place with 55 points, after a steady run of form (W W L W D). Their defense has been key, conceding only 36 goals, and they look well on course for direct promotion to League II if they keep their momentum.

🥈 Playoff Zone (2nd–9th)

  • FC Gloria Buzău (ROU) are right behind on 54 points, just one point adrift of the leaders. Their consistent away form keeps them strong contenders for promotion.

  • C.D. Santa Clara (POR) climbed to third (54 pts) after solid performances and look dangerous with one of the best goal differentials in the group.

  • RC Celta de Vigo (SPA) sit fourth (53 pts) and continue to show resilience despite some mixed recent results.

  • Rayo Vallecano (SPA) complete the top five with 53 points, remaining in close pursuit of the top four.

  • Villarreal CF (SPA), Canadian (URU), Hvidovre IF (DNK), and Royal Charleroi (BEL) all sit within a few points of the playoff zone, with just 6 points separating 1st and 9th — it’s still anyone’s game in this tight pack.

🏆 Friendly Cup Spot

FC Porto (POR) currently occupy 10th place with 46 points, holding the Friendly Cup qualifying position. Their recent form (L L D W D) shows inconsistency, but a good run could still push them back into playoff contention.

👑 King’s Cup Qualification

Dinamo București (ROU) and SK Super Nova (LVA) hold 11th and 12th, respectively. Both have mid-table stability and will likely aim for solid King’s Cup showings unless they surge late.

⚙️ Mid-to-Lower Table

The rest of the field — from Unirea Slobozia down to Violette AC — are safe from relegation since there’s no demotion in this division. However, BFC Daugavpils and Violette AC are enduring tough seasons with goal differences of -53 and -57, respectively.

🔍 Promotion Outlook

With only one automatic promotion and eight playoff spots, the competition from 1st to 9th remains fierce. Every match counts now as the teams push toward the final seven rounds.
