Premier World League 2025 Group A Round 43 Recap

Premier World League – Group A Round 43 Recap

Sporting Cristal (PER) hold firm at the top after Round 43, reaching 97 points with a +70 goal difference. Their balanced attack and defense continue to make them the standout side of Group A, and they’re now edging closer to clinching the league crown.

Right behind, Cienciano (PER) remain a serious contender with 94 points, keeping the pressure on with another win. The Peruvian clubs are clearly dominating this season’s campaign.

Santa Fe (COL) stay in third with 91 points, matching Cienciano stride for stride. Their consistency and strong home form (71 goals scored at home) make them a dangerous chaser for the top two.

Valencia (SPA) and Universitario (PER) round out the top five with 90 and 89 points, respectively, both still within striking distance of the leaders. Valencia’s attack has been especially prolific, scoring 135 goals, while Universitario remains defensively solid.

Barcelona (SPA) sit sixth with 84 points, bouncing back from recent struggles. Deportivo Cali (COL) follow closely on 78 points, while Hong Kong FC (HK) and Bolognesi (PER) stay level on 77 and 76, still holding onto faint hopes of a late surge into the upper half.

Sport Boys (PER) complete the top 10 with 74 points, just ahead of Manchester United (UK), who continue their midtable campaign at 72 points.

Further down, Alianza Lima (PER) (70 pts) and Deportivo Saprissa (CTR) (62 pts) remain steady but off the pace for continental qualification. Arsenal (UK) (58 pts) and Atlético Grau (PER) (57 pts) both struggle for consistency, dropping points in crucial fixtures.

Feyenoord (NEATH) and San Jose (USA) hover mid-lower table, while Deportivo Pereira (COL) and Universidad de Chile (CHI) sit just above the relegation zone with 53 and 52 points, respectively.

At the bottom, Libertad (PAR) (49 pts), Fulham (UK) (48 pts), and Chelsea (UK) (47 pts) are all in a fight to avoid finishing in the lower tier, while Montreal Impact (USA) remain last with 35 points and a –44 goal difference — their relegation practically sealed.
