The group stage has officially concluded, and Sporting Cristal (PER) finished as the Group A winner after a dominant season, reaching 100 points. They secured first place with a strong 31-7-6 record, finishing unbeaten in their last five matches.

Cienciano (PER) came close but ultimately ended 2nd with 98 points, just two points shy of the top spot, despite also finishing unbeaten in their last five.

Santa Fe (COL) claimed 3rd place on 95 points, while Valencia (SPA) rounded out the top four with 99 points thanks to their balanced performances both home and away.
