🔥 DC United's huge victory
One of the most significant results of Round 34 came at the top of the table, where 6th-place DC United defeated 4th-place Wolfsburg 1–0.
The victory is particularly valuable because it came against a team occupying a World Cup of Clubs position. DC United continues to establish itself firmly inside the playoff places, while Wolfsburg will want to bounce back quickly after dropping three points.

Positions 23–26 qualify for the King's Cup.
The battle here remains extremely competitive. Alianza Atlético (24th) earned an impressive 3–1 away victory over Werder Bremen, while San Martín (23rd) defeated Sydney FC 4–2.
Comunicaciones (25th) suffered a 3–2 defeat to Western City Wanderers, while Kashima Antlers (26th) lost 2–1 to Benfica.
With 28 games remaining, these teams still have plenty of time to move upward into the Friendly Cup or even challenge for the playoff positions.
🚨 Relegation battle
At the bottom of the table, every point matters with the bottom two teams occupying relegation spots.
Benfica (31st) gave itself some breathing room by defeating Kashima Antlers 2–1, while Huracan (32nd) suffered a heavy 4–0 defeat against Deportivo Municipal.
The relegation battle is still wide open with so many matches remaining, but Huracan will need to start collecting points to climb away from the bottom.
