🔥 Boca Juniors 3–2 Gamba Osaka
One of the biggest matches of Round 34 saw 7th-place Boca Juniors defeat 2nd-place Gamba Osaka 3–2 at La Bombonera.

3rd-place Busan I'Park FC continued its strong season with a 2–1 victory over 15th-place Cerro Porteño.
Busan remains in the World Cup of Clubs qualification positions, while Cerro stays inside the playoff zone. The result gives Busan another three points toward maintaining its position among the league's leading teams.
💥 Inter Miami 4–3 Emelec
One of the highest-scoring games of the round came in Miami, where 6th-place Inter Miami defeated 12th-place Emelec 4–3.
It was a back-and-forth affair, but Inter Miami ultimately secured all three points. The result keeps Inter Miami firmly inside the playoff positions and puts more pressure on the teams battling around the top four.
Emelec remains in the playoff zone despite the defeat.
🏆 New England Revolution held by Internacional
The league leaders, 1st-place New England Revolution, were held to a 2–2 draw by 25th-place Internacional.

With Gamba and River both also losing, the top of Group B could become increasingly interesting as the season progresses.

Columbus picked up three important points in the playoff race, while Melgar missed an opportunity to strengthen its position near the World Cup of Clubs places.
🔥 Houston Dynamo 3–2 Chicago Fire
16th-place Houston Dynamo earned a crucial 3–2 victory over 13th-place Chicago Fire.
Houston's win is particularly significant because 16th is the final playoff position. The Dynamo remain right on the playoff cutoff, while Chicago lost an opportunity to strengthen its position.

- South China 3–1 Yokohama F. Marinos — 23rd-place South China defeated 30th-place Yokohama, giving South China an important three points in the lower-table battle.
- Querétaro 4–2 Chivas — 11th-place Querétaro continued its playoff campaign with a six-goal thriller against 19th-place Chivas.

The teams currently in the Friendly Cup range are:

This group had a mixed round. Puebla's spectacular 5–4 victory over Fiorentina was particularly important, while Caroni's 6–0 demolition of Millonarios was another major result.
